Tutorial #3

how to blend (method one)
Step One:
This is what i call the "eraser" method. Anyways first you need pictures.
I used these three.
I pasted them into the a 700 px X 500 px canvas. Rearrange them to about
where you want them to go.
Step Two:
Start with the top layer (layer three) pick a eraser, a larger one (maybe 150px in diameter, hardness 0%)
Start erasing the edges.
Step Three:
Move on to the next layer, start erasing again.
Step Four:
I didnt like how layer 3 wasn't really that blended in nicely, so i redid it. i used a bigger brush (420 px) and erased.
Step Five:
Still not satisfied with it, decided to cheat now.
I created a new layer (4) took by paint brush (420 px) and just made some white spots
to cover it up. Then, I erased some excess parts off.
Step Six:
Pretty much finished so I flattened it (Layer > Flatten Image). Then I duplicated it and set it to soft light.
It's done so I flatten it agian.
after final touches (textures/brushes/patterns/text)

again, it's just an outline to give you the general idea. you do not have to use the same brush sizes.
